Local Processing Tools

The public tools are provided for convenience. Most processing happens locally in your browser. You are responsible for the files you choose to process and export.

Free Limits and Premium Access

5PM.Tools offers a free tier and optional premium access. Premium pricing is USD $1 per month or USD $9.90 per year, with payments processed by Paddle.

Image tools are always free for batches of 3 images or fewer. Large image batches over 3 images include 10 free successful trials per browser. Video tools and PDF tools each include 10 free successful trials per browser. Green screen removal includes 3 free successful trials per browser. If you need higher limits, premium access is available for USD $1 per month or USD $9.90 per year when Paddle checkout is active.

Because many tools run locally in the browser, free usage counters may be stored in browser local storage. Premium activation is checked against the 5PM.Tools license service using Paddle payment events, browser activation IDs, and purchase recovery details.

No Warranty

The tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every file, browser, or device will work perfectly in every situation.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the site to violate laws, rights, or platform rules.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
Do not upload or process content you do not have the right to use.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

Refund Policy

Thanks for using 5PM.Tools. We want you to be completely satisfied with our creative tools.

1. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for all premium subscriptions and license purchases. If our tools do not meet your expectations within 3 days of your initial purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] with the following information:

Your purchase email address
Your Paddle Transaction ID / Order ID

Once approved, the refund will be processed automatically by Paddle and credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat Pay) within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Abuse of Policy

To protect the integrity of our locally-run software and prevent digital piracy (such as mass exporting assets and immediately requesting a refund), we reserve the right to refuse refund requests from users who exhibit clear patterns of policy abuse.
